Better Training has been providing Maths and English courses to the forces for the last 16 years. The tutors are very experienced, enthusiastic and sympathetic to your needs. We know that many of you struggle with these subjects for one reason or another and it is our aim to make your time with us as painless as possible. If you need a Maths or English qualification please click on the Calendar link where you will find information on when the courses are running. You will also find the details of whom to contact. Any service personnel, Dependants, Reservists, Civil Servants and supporting staff from any base can attend these courses.
What to expect
GCSE Maths and English courses are each 10 days long. To enable us to provide a targeted and streamlined delivery, you will be asked to carry out a diagnostic test as part of a pre-course learning package. This will highlight areas of strength and also the areas that need to be developed.
